At Uncompromised, we take care to deliver fresh, quality products in proper condition. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, replacements, or store credits may be provided for orders placed on our online store.

Since many of our products are food and grocery items, refunds are provided only in limited and genuine cases.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • A genuine product quality issue is reported with valid proof.
  • The order was paid for but could not be fulfilled by us.

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds may not be approved if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or consumed.
  • The original packaging, seal, label, or invoice is missing.
  • The issue is reported after an unreasonable delay.
  • The product was damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
  • The customer refused delivery without a valid reason.
  • The product is not liked due to personal taste preference, unless there is a verified quality issue.

4. Reporting an issue

If you receive a damaged, leaked, expired, missing, or wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please share your order number, registered phone number, photos or videos of the product, packaging, invoice, and any other details required to verify the issue.

5. Refund approval

Refunds are processed only after our team reviews and approves the request. Approval depends on the order details, product condition, issue reported, proof shared, and verification by our team.

Depending on the case, we may offer a refund, replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution.

6. Refund method

Once approved, refunds will usually be initiated to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, store credit, or any other method decided by our support team.

Customers may be required to provide accurate bank or UPI details for refund processing.

7. Refund timeline

Once approved, the refund will be initiated within a reasonable time. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, payment gateway, card network, or UPI provider.

8. Shipping charges

Shipping or delivery charges may not be refundable unless the refund is due to a wrong, damaged, missing, expired, or defective product from our side.

9. Refusal of refund

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the claim appears invalid, fraudulent, unverifiable, or outside the conditions mentioned in this policy.
