We try to provide accurate product names, descriptions, images, prices, availability, ingredients, quantities, and other details. However, minor variations may occur due to packaging updates, natural product differences, display settings, or operational changes.

Product images are for representation purposes. Actual product packaging, colour, texture, size, or appearance may vary slightly.

4. Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, discounts, taxes, delivery charges, and product availability may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, stock errors, product information errors, or technical mistakes even after an order has been placed. If such an issue affects your order, we may contact you for confirmation, modification, or cancellation.

5. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is correct and complete. This includes your name, phone number, email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment details.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or acceptance of Cash on Delivery, where available. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order due to stock unavailability, payment failure, suspicious activity, incorrect information, delivery restrictions, or any other valid reason.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers, card networks, or other payment partners. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.

We do not store sensitive payment information such as full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP, or net banking password.

7. Shipping and delivery

We make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeline. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, operational issues, address accuracy, or other external factors.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We may not be liable for delay, failed delivery, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Since many products are food and grocery items, returns may be accepted only in limited cases such as damaged, leaked, expired, missing, or wrong products.

9. Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

• Check product details before placing an order.
• Be available for delivery coordination where required.
• Inspect the package at the time of delivery where possible.

Offers, coupon codes, discounts, free shipping rules, and promotional campaigns may be subject to separate conditions. We reserve the right to modify, pause, withdraw, or cancel any offer at any time.

Misuse of offers, duplicate accounts, suspicious transactions, or fraudulent activity may lead to order cancellation or account restriction.

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, technical failures, payment gateway downtime, supply issues, or courier delays.
