About this Product
Our Unpolished Split Moong Dal is prepared from carefully selected Whole Green Moong (Sabut Moong) grown in rotation to naturally fix nitrogen and rejuvenate the soil for the next crop. The beans are sun-dried and traditionally stone-split without polishing, helping retain their natural fibre, nutrients and authentic flavour. It cooks quickly into a light, wholesome and easily digestible dal, making it perfect for everyday meals.
